How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before opening the control panel.
- Reset settings: Turn the unit off, unplug for 5–10 minutes, then power back on and re-enable night mode according to the manual.
- Check buttons: Ensure the night mode or dimming button is not physically stuck or damaged.
- Inspect LED driver: If some LEDs are permanently on or off, the LED driver circuit on the control PCB may be faulty and the board should be replaced.
