Humidifier produces very weak mist output even at maximum setting

Safety: Unplug the unit and remove the tank.

• Clean base and channels: Inspect the water channel from the tank valve to the base reservoir. Remove any slime or mineral deposits with a soft brush and mild vinegar solution.
• Service demineralization cartridge: If your Stadler Form model uses a cartridge, replace it if it is older than the recommended interval or visibly discolored and heavy.
• Descale transducer: Soak the transducer area with vinegar-water (1:1) for 20–30 minutes, then gently wipe with a soft cloth or cotton swab.
• Use softer water: To prevent recurrence, use distilled or low-mineral water, especially in hard water areas.
