Dehumidifier displays CF after extended use

Note: CF is typically a maintenance reminder, not a fault.

Steps:

• Clean the filter: Remove the front or rear air filter screen. Wash it with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly, and allow it to dry completely before reinstalling.
• Reset indicator: After cleaning, press and hold the designated filter reset button (often the Filter or Timer button) for 3–5 seconds until CF clears from the display. Refer to your TaoTronics manual for the exact reset procedure.
