Humidifier touchscreen or buttons do not respond

Safety: Unplug before opening the control area.

Steps:

• Dry the panel: If condensation is visible, unplug and let the unit dry in a warm, dry room for 24 hours.
• Inspect cable: Open the housing and check the ribbon cable between the touch panel and main PCB. Reseat it carefully.
• Clean surface: Wipe the touch surface with a soft, dry cloth to remove oils and moisture.
• Replace panel: If still unresponsive, replace the touch control panel PCB. If that does not help, replace the main control PCB.
