How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before opening the control panel.
- Check control lock: Some TCL models have a child lock. Press and hold the designated lock/unlock button combination (refer to user manual) for 3–5 seconds to toggle.
- Power reset: Unplug for 5–10 minutes and plug back in to clear minor logic faults.
- Inspect keypad cable: Remove the control panel and ensure the ribbon cable is fully seated and undamaged.
- Replace keypad: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the control panel / keypad PCB.
