• Check hose slope: Ensure the drain hose runs downward from the unit to the drain with no upward loops.
• Secure connection: Confirm the hose is firmly attached to the continuous drain outlet and any cap or plug is removed as per TCL instructions.
• Clear drain port: Remove the hose and clear the port with a small brush or pipe cleaner.
• Verify bucket position: Some models require the bucket to be installed even when using continuous drain. Ensure it is seated correctly.
