Steps:
- Re-seat bucket: Remove and firmly reinstall the water bucket, ensuring it is fully inserted and level.
- Check float: Inspect the float inside the bucket for free movement. Clean any slime or debris.
- Switch inspection: Access the bucket full switch near the bucket cavity. Check that the actuator lever moves when the bucket is inserted.
- Bypass test (advanced): With the unit unplugged, temporarily jumper the switch wires to simulate a closed switch and test operation. If the unit runs normally, replace the switch. Do not leave the switch bypassed in normal use; this disables overflow protection.
