Humidifier runs but produces little or no mist.

Steps:

• Check water level: Ensure the tank is full and properly seated.
• Clean transducer: Unplug and remove the tank. Soak the transducer area with a 1:1 vinegar-water solution to dissolve scale, then gently wipe.
• Clear mist outlet: Inspect the mist nozzle and outlet for dust or deposits. Clean with a soft brush.
• Test without nozzle: Remove any directional nozzle and test. If mist improves, clean or replace the nozzle.
• Replace transducer: If there is still no mist and the unit shows normal operation, replace the ultrasonic transducer assembly.
