Dehumidifier or humidifier display shows LO and will not start normal operation.

Steps:

• Check room temperature: Verify the ambient temperature with a separate thermometer. If it is below the minimum specified in the manual, move the unit to a warmer room.
• Avoid cold drafts: Do not place the unit directly on cold floors or next to open windows where the sensor can be cooled excessively.
• Sensor check: If the room is warm but LO remains, inspect and test the ambient NTC sensor as described under E1/F1.
• Replace sensor if needed: Install a new ambient temperature sensor if the old one is out of specification.
