Venta Airwasher leaks water onto the floor from the base

Safety: Unplug the unit and remove it from any electrical outlets or extension cords. Dry the surrounding area to prevent slips.

• Check fill level: Remove the tank and verify that water is not above the maximum fill line. Do not overfill.
• Inspect basin and tank: Remove the upper housing and disk stack. Carefully inspect the water basin and water tank for hairline cracks, especially at corners and seams.
• Examine seals: Check any rubber gaskets or seals on the tank outlet. If they are flattened, cracked, or missing, replace the tank seal/gasket.
• Re-seat components: Ensure the tank is properly seated and the upper housing is correctly aligned with the basin. Misalignment can cause water to bypass internal channels.
• Test for leaks: Fill the basin with water while it is removed from the electrical base (if possible) and observe for drips. Replace the water basin or water tank if cracks are found.
