Venta Airwasher vibrates excessively or walks on the surface during operation

Safety: Unplug the unit before repositioning or opening it.

• Level the surface: Place the unit on a flat, stable surface. Avoid soft, uneven carpets or sloped floors.
• Check rubber feet: Inspect the bottom of the unit for missing or worn rubber feet. Replace any that are missing or hardened.
• Reseat disk stack: Remove and reinstall the evaporation disk stack, ensuring it is centered and fully seated on its shaft.
• Inspect fan: Check the fan blades for damage or buildup that could cause imbalance. Clean or replace the fan impeller if necessary.
• Test operation: Run the unit and observe. If vibration remains severe, the fan motor assembly may be out of balance and should be replaced.
