Safety: Unplug the unit before accessing the display.
- Check brightness settings: Some models allow dimming. Ensure the display brightness is not set to minimum.
- Inspect connections: Remove the control panel and reseat the display connector on the display PCB and main PCB.
- Look for damage: Check the display for cracks or moisture inside. If present, replace the display module.
- PCB voltage: If you have a multimeter and skills, verify the display supply voltage on the main PCB. If missing, the main control PCB may need replacement.
