How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the unit before opening the control panel.

Steps to restore control:

Power reset: Unplug for 10 minutes, then plug back in and test the buttons.
Dry the panel: If the panel was exposed to water or high humidity, allow it to dry thoroughly. You can gently warm the area with ambient air (do not use high heat).
Check ribbon cable: Remove the control panel cover and reseat the flat ribbon cable connecting the keypad to the main board.

If buttons remain unresponsive, the control panel assembly may need replacement.
