Safety first: Unplug the unit and mop up any spilled water to prevent slipping.

Steps to stop leaks:

Check bucket: Ensure the water bucket is not cracked and is seated properly.
Inspect drain hose: If using continuous drain, confirm the hose is firmly attached, runs downhill, and is not kinked or blocked.
Clean drain port: Remove the hose and clear the drain outlet with a cotton swab or small brush.
Inspect internal pan: If comfortable, remove the front cover and inspect the plastic drain pan under the evaporator for cracks or misalignment.

If the drain pan is cracked or warped, it may need replacement to permanently stop leaks.
