Possible Causes
Failed Adler circulation pump motor, Blocked pump inlet screen, Airlock in circulation line, Pump wiring or connector fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before working near water and electrical components.
- Access pump: Remove the front panel and lower access cover to locate the Adler circulation pump in the reservoir area.
- Check for obstructions: Remove the pump inlet screen and clean out any debris, scale, or slime that could block water flow.
- Bleed air: Refill the reservoir to the proper level and tilt the unit slightly if needed to help purge trapped air from the pump housing.
- Test pump voltage: With the unit in a test mode (refer to Adler service documentation), carefully measure voltage at the pump connector. If proper voltage is present but the pump does not run, the pump is defective.
- Replace pump: Disconnect hoses and wiring, then install a new Adler circulation pump assembly, ensuring all clamps are tight and there are no leaks.
- Run test cycle: Restore power and verify that water now flows evenly over the evaporator plate and E07 clears.
