Safety First: Unplug the unit and shut off water before disconnecting lines.

• Verify water supply: Confirm the shutoff valve is open and the supply line is not kinked. Disconnect at the unit and briefly open into a bucket to check flow.
• Check reservoir fill: Restore power and observe whether the reservoir fills during startup. If not, test and replace the water inlet valve.
• Check for cooling: After 15–20 minutes of operation, carefully feel the condenser coil (should be warm) and the evaporator plate (should be getting cold). If there is no cooling, a sealed system issue or compressor problem is likely.
• Verify water circulation: Look inside during operation to see if water is flowing over the evaporator plate. If not, test and replace the circulation pump.
• Call a technician for sealed system: If water supply and pumps are good but there is no cooling, contact a certified technician for compressor/refrigerant diagnosis.
