Display shows normal operation but no water is drawn from an external water line (on plumbed models)

Safety: Turn off the household water supply and unplug the unit before disconnecting water lines.

Steps:

• Verify supply: Ensure the shutoff valve to the Antarctic Star ice maker is fully open and water pressure is adequate.
• Check tubing: Inspect the inlet tubing for kinks or sharp bends. Straighten or replace as needed.
• Clean inlet screen: Disconnect the tubing at the valve and clean any sediment from the valve’s inlet screen.
• Test valve: During a fill cycle, a technician can check for voltage at the valve coil. If voltage is present but no water flows, replace the inlet valve.
