Display shows ADD or water droplet icon; unit beeps and stops making ice

Safety: Always unplug before removing internal covers, but filling the reservoir can be done with power on.

Steps:

• Refill reservoir: Remove the ice basket and fill the water reservoir to the MAX line with clean drinking water. Do not overfill.
• Check reservoir seating: Ensure any removable reservoir tank is fully seated and its valve opens properly when installed.
• Clean level sensor: If ADD persists with correct water level, unplug the unit, then clean the water level electrodes or float with a soft cloth and vinegar solution to remove mineral deposits.
• Reset: Plug the unit back in and press the power button to restart ice production.
