Water leaking from bottom or sides of the ice maker onto the counter or floor

Safety: Unplug the unit and dry any spilled water to prevent slipping or electrical hazards.

Steps:

• Check drain plug: If your Antarctic Star model has a rear or bottom drain plug, ensure it is fully tightened and the gasket is intact.
• Inspect reservoir: Remove the ice basket and visually inspect the reservoir for cracks or seams leaking when filled with water.
• Check internal hoses: Remove the rear or bottom panel and look for disconnected or cracked silicone hoses. Reattach with clamps or replace damaged hoses.
• Avoid overfilling: Only fill to the indicated MAX line. Overfilling can cause water to spill into unintended areas.
