Ice thickness error; cubes too thin or too thick, E07 displayed

Safety First: Disconnect power and water before internal adjustments.

Steps:

• Locate thickness sensor: On Arktic units, this is typically a metal or plastic probe near the ice plate or a sensor arm that contacts the ice sheet.
• Clean sensor: Mineral scale can insulate the sensor. Use a manufacturer-approved descaler or a 1:1 vinegar solution to remove buildup from the probe or arm. Rinse thoroughly.
• Check adjustment: Some models allow mechanical adjustment of ice thickness via a screw or sliding bracket. Refer to the service label and set to the factory mark.
• Inspect wiring: Ensure the sensor harness is fully seated at both the sensor and control board ends.
• Replace sensor: If E07 persists and ice thickness is erratic, replace the ice thickness sensor/probe assembly.
