• Confirm water supply: Verify the shutoff valve is open and the supply hose is not kinked.
• Test water fill: Start a cycle and listen for water entering the reservoir. If silent, test and replace the water inlet valve.
• Clean scale: Heavy mineral buildup on the evaporator can prevent ice formation. Run a full descaling cycle with Arktic-approved cleaner.
• Check temperature: If the bin and interior never get cold, the refrigeration system may be weak or empty. This requires professional sealed system service.
