How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: Avoid pressing buttons with wet hands.
Steps:
- Check control lock: Some Arktic models have a child lock. Press and hold the LOCK or specific key combination to unlock.
- Verify bin not full: Empty the bin and ensure the bin sensor or arm is in the "not full" position.
- Test buttons: If certain buttons do not respond, the touchpad or UI board may be faulty and should be replaced.
- Reset control: Unplug the unit for 5 minutes to reset the control board. If it still will not start, the main control PCB may need replacement.
