E17 error; unit is unusually noisy and may shut down with the error after some time.

Safety first: Unplug the unit and shut off water before accessing the pump.

• Access circulation pump: Remove the lower front panel and locate the water circulation pump connected to the reservoir and evaporator.
• Check for leaks and looseness: Ensure the pump is firmly mounted and not vibrating excessively. Tighten mounting screws if needed.
• Inspect hoses and filter: Look for kinks or blockages in hoses leading to and from the pump. Some models have a small inlet filter; clean if present.
• Clear impeller: If accessible, remove the pump cover and check the impeller for debris. Clean carefully and reassemble.
• Test operation: Restore power and water, then start a cycle. If the pump does not run or is very loud and E17 returns, replace the circulation pump assembly.
