Ice cubes are too large or clumped together in sheets.

Safety first: Unplug the unit and shut off water before inspecting the fill system.

• Observe fill level: During a cycle, watch the reservoir fill. If it overfills, the level sensor or inlet valve may be faulty.
• Clean level sensor: Remove mineral deposits from the float or probes with white vinegar and a soft cloth.
• Check for valve leakage: With the unit off, watch for water slowly seeping into the reservoir. If present, the inlet valve is leaking and must be replaced.
• Break up clumps: In the short term, manually break large sheets into smaller pieces to prevent bin jams.
