Possible Causes
Burned-out LED module or bulb, Faulty door switch, Loose light wiring connector, Failed light driver on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the ice maker before replacing any light components.
- Check door switch: Verify that the door switch operates correctly (you should hear a click when pressed). If the switch is faulty, replace it.
- Inspect light module: Remove the light cover inside the compartment and check for obvious damage or discoloration of the LED module or bulb.
- Replace light: Install an Asko-approved replacement light module or bulb.
- Check wiring: Ensure the light connector is firmly attached. If the light still does not work, the control board's light circuit may be faulty.
