Ice maker is leaking water onto the floor from the front or rear.

Safety first: Unplug the ice maker and close the water supply immediately.

• Inspect supply line: Check the Balay inlet hose from the shutoff valve to the unit for cracks or loose fittings. Tighten or replace as needed.
• Check rear connections: Remove the rear panel and inspect the inlet valve and internal hoses for drips while briefly turning water on.
• Drain system: Ensure the drain hose is not kinked, elevated too high, or blocked. Clean the hose and drain connection.
• Level the unit: Confirm the ice maker is level so water flows correctly to the drain and does not spill over.
