Ice maker produces ice, but output is very low compared to normal.

Safety first: Unplug the unit before cleaning.

• Clean condenser: Vacuum and brush the Balay condenser coil and fan area to improve heat dissipation.
• Descale evaporator: Run a full cleaning/descaling cycle using a Balay-approved ice maker cleaner to remove mineral deposits from the evaporator and water system.
• Check room conditions: Ensure the ice maker is installed in a room within the temperature range specified by Balay; very hot rooms reduce capacity.
• Verify water pressure: Confirm adequate water pressure at the inlet. Replace any partially blocked valves or hoses.
