Steps:

• Defrost sensor area: Turn off the unit and allow any frost around the sensor to melt. Wipe dry.
• Realign sensor: Ensure the emitter and receiver (or mechanical switch) are correctly positioned relative to the bin.
• Check wiring: Inspect and reseat the sensor connector at the control board.

If the problem persists, replace the bin sensor.
