Water pooling inside the ice storage bin or around the ice tray.

• Clear blockage: Use a soft pipe cleaner or flexible brush to remove debris or ice. Flush with warm water until it flows freely.
• Check hose routing: Ensure the drain hose slopes downward without kinks to the collection pan or external drain.

After clearing, dry the bin and monitor for recurrence.
