Beko ice maker does not power on at all, no lights or display

• 1. Check wall outlet:
  • Plug a lamp or other appliance into the same outlet to confirm it has power.
  • If dead, reset the circuit breaker or replace the fuse in your home.
• 2. Inspect power cord:
  • Examine the Beko power cord for cuts, burns, or crushed sections.
  • If damaged, replace the cord with a compatible Beko power lead.
• 3. Verify power switch (if present):
  • Ensure any rocker or toggle power switch on the unit is in the ON position.
• 4. Internal fuse check (advanced):
  • Unplug the unit and remove the rear or side panel to access the main PCB.
  • Locate the small glass or ceramic fuse on the board and test for continuity with a multimeter.
  • Replace only with the same rating if blown; if it blows again, a deeper fault exists.
• 5. Main PCB replacement:
  • If the fuse is good and power is present at the board but the unit remains dead, the main control board may have failed and should be replaced by a qualified technician.
