Beko ice maker interior light does not work but the unit otherwise functions normally

Safety first: Unplug the unit before working on the light or switch.

• 1. Check door switch:
  • Locate the door or lid switch and press it manually.
  • If the light flickers or comes on intermittently, the switch may be faulty.
• 2. Inspect light module:
  • Remove the light cover inside the cabinet.
  • Check for visible damage or discoloration of the LED module.
• 3. Replace light or switch:
  • Install a new Beko LED light module or door switch as needed.
• 4. Wiring check:
  • Ensure connectors to the light and switch are firmly seated.
