Beko ice maker makes ice but cubes are very small or hollow

Safety first: Turn off water and unplug the unit before disconnecting hoses.

• 1. Level the ice maker:
  • Use a spirit level on top of the unit.
  • Adjust the feet so the unit is level front-to-back and side-to-side.
• 2. Check water pressure and hose:
  • Ensure the supply valve is fully open.
  • Inspect the hose for kinks or inline filters that may be clogged.
• 3. Clean inlet valve screen:
  • Follow the E12 procedure to clean the mesh filter.
• 4. Descale water system:
  • Run a descaling cycle with an approved cleaner to remove mineral buildup.
• 5. Replace weak inlet valve:
  • If fill remains low, install a new Beko water inlet valve assembly.
