Possible Causes
Unit not level, Adjustable feet not set correctly, Weak or flexible surface under unit, Internal fan or compressor imbalance
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before adjusting feet or moving it.
- 1. Level the unit:
- Place a spirit level on top of the ice maker.
- Adjust the front and rear feet until the bubble is centered in both directions.
- 2. Stabilize surface:
- Move the unit to a more solid, stable surface if the current one flexes.
- Avoid placing on top of other appliances that vibrate.
- 3. Check feet and pads:
- Ensure all feet are in contact with the floor.
- Add anti-vibration pads under the feet if necessary.
- 4. Internal check:
- If vibration persists, inspect compressor mounts and fan balance as in E14 and noise-related entries.
