Safety first: Unplug the ice maker before accessing the ice tray and heater wiring.

• 1. Manually defrost the tray:
  • Remove the ice bin and internal cover to expose the tray.
  • Use warm (not hot) water in a spray bottle or a hair dryer on low to melt the solid block of ice.
• 2. Inspect heater wiring:
  • Locate the heater element under or around the ice tray.
  • Check for burnt spots, broken wires, or loose connectors.
• 3. Test heater element:
  • Use a multimeter to measure resistance across the heater terminals.
  • An open reading indicates a failed heater that must be replaced.
• 4. Check harvest thermostat (if present):
  • Locate the thermostat clipped to the tray or evaporator.
  • Test for continuity at the specified temperature range; replace if open when it should be closed.
• 5. Replace faulty components:
  • Install a new Beko ice tray heater and/or harvest thermostat as required.
• 6. Reset E13:
  • Reassemble, restore power, and clear the error via the control panel.
