Safety: Disconnect power before removing the ice bin.

• Remove bin: Pull out the ice bin and inspect the crusher mechanism at the front.
• Clear jams: Remove any large chunks of ice or foreign objects. Allow frosted ice to thaw slightly to free the crusher blades.
• Inspect for damage: Check the crusher plate and auger for cracks or stripped splines. Replace the Bosch ice bin assembly if damaged.
• Reinstall and test: Reinsert the bin fully, restore power, and test dispensing. Switch between cubed and crushed modes to verify operation.
