• Check for jammed cubes: Remove the bin and inspect the mold. If cubes are stuck, gently loosen them with a plastic utensil.
• Observe cycle: With power restored, watch a harvest cycle. If the ejector arm does not move or stalls, the motor or gears are likely bad.
• Test heater (advanced): Use a multimeter to check continuity of the mold heater. An open circuit indicates failure.
• Replace ice maker: Because heater and gears are integrated, replace the entire Bosch ice maker assembly if ejection remains unreliable.
