• Run cleaning cycle: Use Café-recommended ice machine cleaner to descale the reservoir and evaporator. Follow the manual exactly.
• Replace water filter: If equipped, install a new filter cartridge and flush per instructions.
• Flush water line: Disconnect the supply line and flush several gallons of water through it before reconnecting.
• Maintain regular cleaning: Repeat cleaning every 6 months or as recommended.
