Possible Causes

Unit not level, Loose mounting brackets in built-in installation, Compressor vibration transmitted to cabinet, Uneven floor

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety First: Unplug the unit before adjusting leveling legs or mounting hardware.

Steps:

  • Level the unit: Use a bubble level on top of the ice maker. Adjust front and rear leveling legs until the unit is level side-to-side and front-to-back.
  • Tighten mounting brackets: For built-in Café models, check that side and top brackets are firmly secured to the cabinet.
  • Add vibration pads: Place anti-vibration pads under the leveling legs if the floor is resonant.
  • Check for loose panels: Tighten any loose screws on side, rear, and front panels that may rattle.
