Steps:

• Check outlet and breaker: Verify the outlet has power by plugging in another device. Reset any tripped breaker or GFCI.
• Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, burns, or kinks. Replace the cord if damaged.
• Check internal connections: With power disconnected, remove the rear or lower panel and inspect the terminal block and wiring harness for loose or burnt connections.
• Test main control board: If power is present at the board but the unit is dead, the board may have failed and should be replaced with a Café OEM board.
