• Clean sensor lenses: Wipe the ice level sensor windows with a soft, damp cloth to remove frost or residue.
• Check alignment: Ensure the emitter and receiver are facing each other correctly and not bent.
• Test with obstruction: After powering on, block the sensor path with your hand. The unit should react as if the bin is full. If not, replace the sensor assembly.
• Inspect wiring: Verify the sensor harness is intact and firmly connected to the PCB.
