Possible Causes

Unit not level on surface, Uneven or soft countertop, Loose internal mounting brackets, Imbalanced compressor or fan

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the unit before adjusting its position.

  • Level the unit: Use a spirit level and adjust the feet (if adjustable) so the ice maker is level front-to-back and side-to-side.
  • Stabilize surface: Place the unit on a solid, flat surface. Avoid hollow or flexible countertops.
  • Check internal mounts: Remove panels and verify that the compressor and fan assemblies are firmly secured with all mounting screws in place.
  • Add vibration pads: Use rubber pads under the feet to reduce transmitted vibration.
