Ice maker interior light (if equipped) does not turn on.

Safety first: Unplug the unit before working near electrical components.

• Check door switch: Press the door or lid switch manually and see if the light flickers. Replace the switch if it does not change state.
• Inspect LED module: Access the light cover and check for visible damage. Replace the LED module if dark or burnt.
• Wiring: Ensure connectors to the light are secure.
• PCB driver: If a new LED and switch do not restore light, the PCB driver circuit may be faulty and the main PCB may need replacement.
