Display shows ICE or ice-bin icon; unit stops making ice even though some ice has melted.

How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before reaching into the ice-making area.
Steps to clear ICE / bin full warning:
- Empty the basket: Remove the ice basket and discard or store ice in a freezer. Break up any clumped ice.
- Clear jams: Check the ice chute and around the ice shovel/arm for stuck cubes. Remove any lodged ice pieces.
- Check sensor area: Wipe the ice full sensor window or arm with a soft cloth to remove condensation or frost.
- Reinstall basket correctly: Make sure the basket is seated properly and not pushing against the sensor.
- Restart ice making: Plug in and press the power button. The ICE indicator should turn off once the sensor sees an empty bin.
