• Remove front kick plate or rear panel: Inspect the drain hose from the internal drain pan or pump to the external connection.
• Tighten connections: Check all hose clamps and push-fit connectors. Tighten or reseat as needed.
• Check for cracks: Flex the hose gently and look for splits or pinholes. Replace the hose if damaged.
• Clear blockage: Flush the hose with warm water to remove ice or debris. Ensure the household drain is not backing up.
