Safety first: Unplug the unit before inspecting seals or bin components.

• Empty clumped ice: Remove and discard large clumps. Do not use sharp tools to break them apart inside the bin.
• Check bin temperature: The bin should be cool but not freezing. If it is too warm, ice will melt and refreeze into clumps. Verify the door closes tightly and the gasket is intact.
• Inspect door gasket: Replace a torn or deformed gasket to prevent warm air infiltration.
• Adjust ice size: Set the ice size slightly smaller so cubes release more frequently and spend less time in the bin before being used.
