How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and shut off water supply immediately when a leak is noticed.
- Inspect hoses and fittings: Pull the unit out carefully and examine the water inlet hose, drain hose, and all visible fittings for drips or mineral trails.
- Tighten connections: Use a wrench to snug compression fittings and a screwdriver to tighten hose clamps. Do not overtighten plastic fittings.
- Check the reservoir and sump: Remove the front panel and inspect the plastic reservoir or sump for cracks. Replace if damaged.
