• Check ice size setting: Verify the ice size selector is not set to the smallest size unintentionally. Adjust to medium or large and test several cycles.
• Inspect water distribution: Open the ice-making compartment and observe water flow over the evaporator. Clean any scale or debris from the water distributor or spray bar.
• Verify water pressure: Ensure the household water supply has adequate pressure and the inlet valve screen is not clogged.
• Check thermistor placement: Confirm the evaporator thermistor is firmly attached to the plate so the control can time the freeze cycle correctly.
