Ice cubes are oversized or fused together in large slabs.

Safety: Disconnect power before adjustments.

• Inspect ice thickness probe: Ensure it is not bent away from the ice slab. Adjust to reduce the target thickness.
• Check for scale: Clean the evaporator and probe with descaler to prevent sticking.
• Verify thermistor attachment: Make sure the evaporator thermistor is firmly attached and not insulated by scale or tape.

If cubes remain oversized after proper adjustment and cleaning, the control board may require service.
