Ice cubes are too small, thin, or hollow.

Safety: Turn off water and power before disassembly.

• Check water pressure and flow: Confirm strong flow at the supply line. Clean the inlet valve screen and replace any clogged external filters.
• Clean water distribution: Remove and clean the spray bar or water curtain that distributes water over the evaporator. Use descaler to remove mineral deposits.
• Adjust thickness probe: Slightly increase the target thickness per the service manual so the unit waits longer before harvest.

After adjustments, observe several cycles to confirm cube size has improved.
