Ice maker is very noisy during operation (rattling, buzzing, or grinding).

Safety: Unplug the unit before tightening or bending any components.

• Identify noise source: Remove front and rear panels and briefly power the unit to localize the noise (keep hands clear of moving parts).
• Tighten hardware: Secure any loose screws on panels, compressor mounts, and fan brackets.
• Isolate tubing: If copper lines are touching the cabinet and vibrating, gently bend them away and insert rubber grommets or foam spacers.
• Inspect fan and pump: Replace the condenser fan motor or drain pump if they emit grinding or loud buzzing noises.
